Hen puffed out and unable to walk- PLEASE HELP!!

The internal exam wasn't much fun. I didn't feel any eggs or eggshells. However once I put my finger far in enough a big gross diarrhea poop came out. It looks like it's mostly made of fibers and grains. She hasn't eaten that kind of food for at least 3 days. When I took my finger out I noticed a buildup of matter at the opening of the vent (on inside). I rubbed at it and got most of it off but it started to get a little bloody. I wasn't even rubbing very hard. It seems like it was a dense buildup of poop. I will get a picture up shortly.
Her crop is still full from yesterday.

I suspect she has sour crop. My mom said that earlier today she was "drooling". I think what she was referring to was her vomiting a little.

Here is the type of poop that she has been pooping (more like oozing) when we pick her up.

This is the diarrhea that came out during the internal exam.

I'm really concerned. I know that her vent was bleeding which will likely cause an infection, but I can't give her an antibiotic because her crop is impacted.

That sounds likely. I don't think she is egg bound, as most of the information I've read says that an eggbound hen will last only about 48 hours, and it has been 4 days since I first found her laying in the coop. She has been pooping watery, white, awful smelling liquid but not consistently. What can I do for her impacted crop? It still hasn't emptied. A few minutes ago she was drinking water by herself. It's a surprise because she hasn't voluntarily drank by herself since Thursday. I can't say it's an improvement because she doesn't seem much better... Maybe the thirst just got to her.

Oh, I just remembered! Yesterday I suggested trying holding her upside down to drain her crop to my mom, just as a suggestion. Then next thing I know she said that she did it and she successfully vomited, but her crop didn't empty completely and we may need to do it again.

I realized the danger in vomiting a chicken and I took the risk anyway. Her crop was so full that she dribbled when she bent over and I felt awful. She didn't choke or aspirate, and she's fine, but I probably won't be doing it again. We vomited her into a cup, and what came out was orangish- brown. There were a few seeds in it (which she probably ate on or before Wednesday) and some pieces of hay. The poop that came out during the internal exam that I talked about earlier also had a considerable amount of hay in it. I'm thinking that what probably happened was that she ate hay and didn't have enough grit to digest it. I think that it may be clogging her bowels as well. This would make sense because about a week ago we filled her and her sisters' coop with hay as an attempt to keep them warm and dry.
My poor girl has no energy and she can barely stand. I need to get her to digest something soon.

Chickens love to eat hay and straw. Switch to pine shavings. I am dealing with a hen right now that got impaction from the straw. Mine has grit, and it still happened. Hay is worse, its finer, gets mouldy, etc. i suspect your hen is most likely dehydrated as its been awhile since she could drink. Water can sometimes help with the impaction, it did not help with my hen, also was soured. The straw was removed from her crop, lots of it, she was starving. I tube feed her 60 ml of water at a time, many many times throughout the day. If you can get your hen to the vet, they might be able to help her.

Thank you so much for your reply. I noticed that her crop was emptying better today, at least the liquid in it was. today while I was massaging her crop, I heard digesting sounds coming from her abdomen, the kind of sounds that you can hear yourself.I haven't heard that for days. I really hope so that means that stuff is finally going through her! the poor girl is so weak that she can hardly even stand. today I gave her a mixture of water, Epsom salt, juice, and apple cider vinegar. I really hope that helps her. She did not want to drink it herself, so I had to use a syringe but I did get some into her. I have also been massaging her crop as much as possible. I'm praying to God that she will make it.

@ChickenPeep
Please read the links that have been posted. Eggsessive posted you good links. You need to determine what your dealing with.

Are you tube feeding, sticking a tube down into her throat? She won't last if she is dehydrating, nor can she pass anything.

Post a picture of her poop after she poops on her own.

Has she been dewormed with safeguard and treated for mites, lice with sevins dust?

Edited to add:
I am confused, you just changed your post from asking for help from me.
