You can collect the sample from her overnight droppings, put them in a ziplock bag, they should be able to check the sample you take them.

Well after a few days in luxury accommodation she has picked up and is back to normal! Nothing came back from the poop sample, the vet thinks it is just the breed, her history and age, and she was possibly in pain or maybe ate something she shouldn’t have.
I gave her vitamins and aspirin in her water, and a few mealworms here and there, but just her normal layers mash apart from that.
So good to see her back with the girls!
