Hen Rearranging Her Eggs

I have a Silver Ducking OEGB hen that likes to move eggs around in the nest. I thought she was doing it when she layed, but I just went out there and she'd moved them again and there was no new egg.

Could she be thinking about settling down on those eggs (

), or am I wishfully thinking, which I suspect.
