Hey Guys!
I am in need of your opinions today!
I have raised about a total of 25 or so chickens of all different breeds. I am in no means an expert, but I wouldn’t consider myself a newbie. That being said I have never raised an Americana until
now. I do know that it is fairly difficult to sex Americaunas until a little later.
In this batch, I have 8 chickens, all 4 1/2 weeks old. One is an Americauna. I cannot tell if it is a roo or not. It seems to have a bit more red on the comb than the others, yet the comb is not very pronounced at all. I’ll attach photos. This guy does seem to pick fights with the others too.
Also, does anyone have a guess as to which variety this one is of the Americana types?
