Hen rousted from hiding place/nest.... hasn't lay an egg over 3 days

Alright, so I found her acting broody, sitting on a nest hidden under the driver's seat of our unused box truck.

I rmoved her, put her back in the coop that night. She hasn't lay an egg since! 3 days, should I do something? Is this serious, or is she just displaying a temper tantrum?
