hen scalped herself

I have a young ameracana hen that one of my roo's chased under something about 2 weeks and she basically was scalped I've cleaned the area with diluted peroxide and applied neosporin and blue coat and have had to cut away dead skin 3 times so far it was a very jagged wound i inspect her wound daily and i try to clean the area every other day and it seems to be getting better my question is will her skin grow back and if it doesn't is there anything i need to do that i'm not already doing i made a small hidey hole for her and a few others and that seems to be where she spends most of her time and the roo that i think chased her has finally started to leave her alone

sounds like you have done all you can....is your roo over aggressive? or your hens just shy?

she's just shy and i think it was one of my smaller young roo who took advantage of the big boys being outside
