i remember you saying her facial skin was dark purple. Seems to me like she might of suffocated or an all the sudden respiratory infection but i don't think it was respiratory because they are extremely contagious. maybe heart failure? could also just be a sudden death

My Lucy showed no symptoms, she looked so healthy, I still can't believe she up and died. I know how bad you must feel, I'm so sorry.

Sorry for your loss. This happened to us about six months ago. After my research and such, I figured out that it was most likely a heart attack. Sometimes they can suddenly die for no reason and I think it's usually the heart if there are no other signs.

Did you look down her throat? I had a duck die once for apparently no reason, but upon closer inspection, her throat was crammed full of feed. I believe she choked to death.
