Were you able to get some vitamins and calcium into her?

It does help sometimes, if there's a soft shell in there.

Update
She wanted nothing to do with the bath... kept trying to jump out.
She still appears to be trying to push something out, but nothing is sticking out.
Is not interested in eating anything

Seems to be doing better today, walking around with the other hens and eating too
