Hen shaking head while snot is flying?

I am worried about my hen Sunshine, she is constently shaking her head making this weird noise, while snot is flying from her nose. I dont know her age, I rescued her and others form the side of the street months ago. She has had mites. I have dewormed her and the rest of the flock. I want to know whats wrong with her and how do I cure it? any help is appreciated.

I had snotty hens with a chest rattle.Put them in the playpen in the garage,and a gave them whatever meds I had on hand. Isolate and medicate.

She is perfectly fine other then the shakig and sneazing. It's not an emergency so I was'nt sure if it belonged in Managing your flock, chicken behaviors and egg laying, or Emergencys/Deaseases/Cures. All my other chickens are also constently sneazing. She is different though she almost acts like she's choking. Thanks everyone for your input so far.
