Hen Sleeping when everyone else is awake

Right now it is cold and snowing outside. My inside coop temperature is 62. My one hen is 2 years old, has a full crop, and is sleeping when she normally is active. I attached a picture (don’t know how to upload a video) of her. This is his favorite hen out of everyone.

Is this hen molting? Is she underweight? (Can you feel her keel bone as a sharp edge?)

Is her crop full after all night of not eating?

She doesn’t look to be asleep. She looks like she is resting near what looks like a heat lamp. She is probably just cold and trying to warm up mine are doing the same thing.
