I have a Rhode Island Red that I got on April 17 as a few day old chick.
For today, she had been squawking and clucking constantly. I have seen her go to the bathroom a few times, but is it possible she's getting ready to lay?
She has free range access, but is staying in the coop standing up and being extremely vocal.
Any suggestions on what could be happening?
Thanks!
Keri
