Hen squirting poop

When one of my hens poops, it comes squirting out and leaves a 6-8" streak across the ground. This has happened several times in the past, and I've given her sulmet water for about 10 days which seems to clear it up. I've never noticed any blood.

Now we're out of Sulmet and she is having squirts again, and I'm wondering if I should try and get more or try something else, I think I've seen Corid mentioned on the list but Jeffers livestock says it is for calves.

I'm particularly concerned because we have 6 young chicks (born early April) in the coop with her, along with some other adults

Is it possible it is being caused by a hot spell?

I suppose so, it has been in the 90s the last few days. Do you think it's nothing to be concerned about?

Usually during a hot spell the chickens drink more causing runny poo. If it has been that warm that could very well be what is causing it.
