Hen staying to herself

I have a small hen that lately is not moving around and foraging with the others. She has been sitting with her wings over her back and yet when I try to get close to her she runs like a roadrunner..doesn't seem sick to me but not sure why she is behaving like this. This is a new one for me. I have noticed that my hens are laying very few eggs lately, not sure if that has anything to do with her behavior or not. Any suggestions? Following, as I have a 3 weeker who exhibits the exact same behavior. Nothing seems wrong with her. She eats. She runs with the others. She roosts. But she is frequently lying alone while the others are up & about.
