Hen Suddenly Developed Diarrhea And Grew Lethargic After Being Treated With Safeguard - Is This Normal?

Aquasol is supposed to be used in the water, and it only treats round worms, not capillary or gapeworms, the more serious and hard to treat worms. It is given for 5 consecutive days. Here is some reading about the dosage:

Did you give her 0.5 ml of undiluted Aquasol?

Did you give her 0.5 ml of undiluted Aquasol orally and not diluted in water? The daily dose is 0.0005 ml per kg (or each 2.2 pounds.) I usually avoid Aquasol because of the complicated dosage.

Diluted in water. And yeah, my dad got it thinking it would help, but we had some trouble calculating the proper dosage.

We're taking the one who needed the dewormer most to the vet on Monday, I mostly posted this cause I was wondering about my other hen who suddenly had diarrhea this morning.

Hey everyone, new here, but I've been coming to this site every so often when I've had to look up chicken-related issues. As the title says, recently one of our hens has developed diarrhea and refuses to leave her coop. For context, we only have three chickens in our yard. Two days ago we'd finished treating one of our other hens for worms and placed the medication in everyone's drinking water. The hen with diarrhea did not display any symptoms of worms, and was actually perfectly healthy before this. I was just wondering if it could be the medication that's upset her stomach or something since she technically didn't need it, or if it could be some other problem. She's also crouched down with her butt in the air, but it doesn't seem to be an egg she's having trouble passing.
UPDATE: So, it seems like she had developed sour crop. We got her to the vet today and they prescribed some medications to help treat any fungal or bacterial causes, as well as something to help stimulate her digestive tract. She's eating and drinking fairly normally now. Oddly enough, we found a really gross soft egg in her cage when we went to go treat her again tonight, so. Guess that answers my question.
