hen terrorized by roo

We have 1 RIR roo, and 5 hens,( 1 rir,2 leghorns,and 2 buff orps),all are about 11 weeks old. For the past 2 days, my Roo won't leave my RIR hen alone! He chases her all over the run, so she hides in the coop. Is he trying to mate? He hasn't even crowed yet. He won't leave her alone.

Sounds like he's ready to practice mating and he's fixated on that hen.
The hens will fight it until they reach maturity and are ready to start laying. Once they are, it'll be over quick and no one will be any worse for wear.
