I agree that she looks like an Easter Egger. She looks similar to my EEs. I know you said she eats and drinks well, but have you checked her poop to see if it is normal? I wonder if she has worms, coccidia or something. Her appearance makes me think that she is a bit lethargic. Being standoff-ish is one thing, but fluffed up is another.

She is a pretty girl! I hope she feels better soon!

I agree with everyone so far. I bet she is an EE even though she doesn't have the normal green legs but the coloration fits EE. With her being puffed up something must be wrong. I know that my hens puff up as they are getting ready to go to bed but that is to keep a little warmer. For her to be walking around like that either is is very very freezing where you are or something is wrong.
