Hen too weak to jump on roost? Pale comb, stands around all day

I have a hen with the same problems, can’t get on the roosting bar, very lethargic. Some days eats more than others, and usually just sits around. My friend thinks it’s Mareks.

I only have 4 chickens and the other 3 are fine. I have chickens mostly to eat the bugs in my yard when they free range and eggs are a bonus. Im just nervous the only option is to put her down.
