I’m feeling sad & concerned. Our hen hatched 4 chicks, I was able to introduce the first incubator chick hatched a few days later with no problem. Yesterday I tried to introduce another newly hatched chick and the hen is pecking at it, she won’t accept it at all & May have actually pecked a hole in its neck. I have put the newest chick in a box under a warming light, but how will I integrate it with the flock?
Advise appreciated, thank you!

You will have to hand raise this chick. I suggest that you get an other chick to raise with her. You might even choose one of the chicks from the hen's clutch. Or you could pick up one from the feed store (if they will let you purchase a single chick) But, you are going to need to see to it that the chick you add does not further injure the little one.
