Hen trying to lay already broken egg

Which antibiotic is right for this situation ? Mine is having the same problem.

Penicillin G Procaine, IM into the breast or thigh works really well. Oral Baytril, if you have a source, like a vet.
As with all antibiotics, don't use it unless you really need to. If you think the shell passed completely, and the bird seems to be behaving normally, with normal poop, normal eating, normal roosting, and is laying again, then don't give antibiotic. Do consider vitamins and a calcium supplement.
