Hen very lethargic but healthy otherwise

I have a 6 month old hen that I just noticed this afternoon is pretty lethargic. She has been laying really well lately and and is healthy otherwise. I just noticed she was sleeping allot, avoiding the flock, and not scratching around with her friends.

Any help appreciated!

She should be separate from the flock. Does she look fluffed up? What does her poop look like? Is she still eating and drinking?
