I don't know, it could be canker in her mouth.....? Tagging @Eggcessive to help.

I would see if the material on her tongue comes off. A picture of it may help. Canker is common in pigeons, and chickens can get it where pigeons or some wild birds visit waterers.

Sadly she just passed away in front of me a few hours ago. I have no idea what went wrong as she was doing well yesterday and she woke up very weak this morning.

It's the third chicken off my flock that passes away this year and im very worried. Out of my 7 now im left with just 4.

Hopefully this doesn't spread if it was in fact the same illness for all 3.

Yes, it came off when I inspected her a few days ago

I am very sorry for your loss. It would be good to call your state vet lab before they close today to see if they can do a necropsy on her body tomorrow. That could give you a diagnosis. I'm so sorry you lost her; and the others. It's devastating and frustrating for sure, especially when one doesn't know why. I hope you can get some answers as to what is happening in your flock.
