Hi, one of me 5 ex-battery warrens (Dilly) was looking poorly and hiding from the other chickens, and didn't go out into the woods with the others on one of their roaming sessions. When I picked her up, a lot of liquid (yellowy, browny colour - but it didn't smell bad) came out of her beak; I held her upside down, and her crop felt squishy, and some more liquid came out). She seems vaguely interested in eating, and she went to bed with the other chickens, but this morning she was last out of the coop, and when I picked her up she vomited again (same colour).
Her comb has flopped is is a very dark red/blue colour with some blue on the tips.

I tempted to think it is sour crop and flush her out, but the liquid doesn't smell, and there is lots of it.

Does anyone have any thoughts please?

I've never dealt with Sour Crop, but I will do a Search here on BYC and see if I can find anything for you.
