hen vs. roo

Hello everyone, I am new to chickens and am raising 9 chicks. Eight of the nine we were told were pullets. We were told one of the eight chicks was a Cinnamon Queen Sex Link. It looks nothing like the pics of Cinnamon Queen chicks I've seen, it looks more like a Blue Maran. With that being said, my concern is she/he is 3 weeks old and is already getting wattles and a good size comb. Does this mean that our " Queenie" is really a roo?

! Pleased you joined us! I'd be concerned about Queenie perhaps being a King, but you never know - I've had chicks I was sure would grow into hens that started crowing, and ones I was sure were roos that started laying eggs.
