My hen Rex was fine yesterday but is limping today. Her left foot is swollen on the foot pad, and she’s not wanting to put weight on it. The foot and leg are also hot to the touch. There’s no visible scab/scratch/wound, otherwise I’d assume bumblefoot and treat accordingly. Any ideas on what it might be? Photos attached here.

Poor dear!
It is swollen. Hopefully she's bruised it.
You can try giving her feet a daily soak in a warm epsom salts bath to see if that helps reduce inflammation.

Sounds like she's self limiting activity. For me, I leave birds with the flock unless they get picked at. As long as she's able to get to food/water, I'd give her a few days to see if she improves. (along with the soaks)

Thank you! She’s not being picked on, she’s usually the lead hen and was mostly taking it easy. She’d hop over to her food and water but otherwise was sitting. She made it into her coop and is roosting for the night, tomorrow I’ll give her a good Epsom salts soak and some melon as a treat.
Here’s a pic of Rex on one of her better days - she’s the red one with the lighter head, on the right.
