That is VERY interesting...
Same thing happens in humans from time to time. A woman can have two uteri, cervixes, vaginas and openings, or she can have two uteri that merge at some point to have only one opening. There is even a documented case of a woman pregnant with two babies at the same time - one in one uterus and one in the other that were conceived a couple months apart. One was born, then a couple months later she had the other one. Can you imagine?
Nature has some pretty strange twists from time to time. Humans AND chickens included.
For your hen my only concern would be if she has the propensity to become egg bound. On the possible positive sides (I guess...) she might be able to lay more than one egg a day if she has two complete reproductive tracts...
