Hen with a bottom problem

Today I was watering the girls and noticed one of my Buffs backside was bulging out slightly as though she was going to poop. She didn't, it seems as it was pulsing in and out. I went to get a closer look and alittle of her inside would come out then back in. She doing ok eat and drinking and it is in the upper 90's here. Does anyone have any advice so that I can help her. With the heat I really can't tell if she is laboring since they all are doing it. Thank you to anyone that can advise me.

ummm I don't have a clue, chicken hemorrhoids? Constipation. Do chickens get constipated? not according to our patio.
