If they cauterized it, it won't grow back. It depends on method. But if you have an avian vet, they may be able to reshape her beak. But, I'm glad you are able to get her to eat some things. Softened pellets, maybe try oatmeal or yogurt? Not sure if that would be too runny for her. But I'm glad you are willing to keep working with her
