Hen with a serious limp

My wife went to the store today and locked the girls in their secure run and coop area. When she came back one of our leghorns has a bad limp. No visible signs. Any suggestions on what to do or treat?

I would just leave her be and see if it gets better or worse, many things can cause limping.
