Hen with a swollen eye/cheek

Hi! I have a 19 week old hen with a swollen cheek and the area around her eye. Eye is still open. She is eating and drinking fine, and otherwise acting her normal self. No issue with breathing. No discharge noted.

It's only effecting one side of her face. Picture shows normal side vs swollen side.

I wonder if there is a possibility she got stung on that side. How long has it been swollen, and is there any change in the swelling ?

Could she have been pecked or stung near the back of her eyelid? Have you seen any bubbles in the eye, nasal drainage, or sneezing?
