Hen with black spots on comb and other symptoms

Our 2 yr old hen has been sick for about 1 week. We thought she was egg bounds and tried the warm baths, tums crushed in water, Gatorade, olive oil mixed with food etc...no luck. She now has black spots on her comb.

She is barely walking but eating and drinking. Here are some pics and video.

from my previous reading I think it could be one of several things...
*frostbite
*mies
*Avian Pox of some sort

although if it's frostbite, the blackness is usually on the tips or edges of the comb.
