Our 2 yr old hen has been sick for about 1 week. We thought she was egg bounds and tried the warm baths, tums crushed in water, Gatorade, olive oil mixed with food etc...no luck. She now has black spots on her comb.

She is barely walking but eating and drinking. Here are some pics and video.

I'm not sure what she could be sick with however she doesn't look anemic which is good. the spots on her comb look like blood, has she had a run in with another hen/ animal?

I agree that the black spots look like peck wounds. Have you inserted a gloved finger 1-2 inches inside her vent to check for an egg?.. When did she last lay an egg? I would suspect that she may be laying internally or have egg yolk peritonitis from her walking, if she is not egg bound. Is she walking much or is she laying down a lot? What do her poops look like? Is her abdomen full below her vent? Here is some reading for you: http://luckyhensrescuenorthwest.weebly.com/egg-bound-henegg-peritonitis-help-sheet.html
