Hen with bubbles in eyes pls help

My hen has bubbles in both her eyes and isn't wanting to move what should I do???!!!

She could have a respiratory infection.

If she's acting sick overall, it's a good chance she has a respiratory infection as @Tookie has suggested. Tylan or Tylosin are two good antibiotics for this.
