hen with closed eye

hi.
just an update on the hen with the sore leg,i put her along side the others yesterday and it seem to cheer her up but this morning when i went to put her out her left eye(same side as sore leg) is completely closed, no discard or anything.
i wonder if she is at her end-do i need to cull????really upset about this
please help

put some antibiotic ointment in her eye - i have some that i ordered on line for my dogs that i use but you can use the stuff for humans
