Hen with diarrhea and acts lethargic/baytril 2.5% dosage

OK so today it looked like she had not eaten any of her feed. Her poop has a lime color to it and smells awful. Nothing unusual about the inside of her mouth and her comb looks fairly pink if that tells anyone anything. Her tail is pretty drooped down when she's standing so she obviously dosen't feel well at all.

I gave her .75 ml of Baytril orally this AM. I know that's below the .95 ml suggested but I wanted to spread it out over 2 days since I only have 3ml total. Not sure if that's recommended, but it's what I have to work with.

I am going to pick up some Amoxicillin at the farm supply today. It's 250mg per capsule.

Is it OK to give her the Amoxicillin after she has the Baytril for 2 days without waiting a day or two in between. Hopefully the Baytril will get most of whatever she has knocked down and the Amox can help her along the rest of the way.

UPDATE:
I have given her all the Baytril I had on hand and I have seen some improvement in the past day or so. You can tell she is still not feeling 100%, but she is more active, walking around eating bugs and drinking water.

Should I go ahead and give her the Amoxicillin for 7-10 days or watch her for continued improvement? I don't want to over medicate her, but if she should have the Amoxicillin I can go ahead and give it to her.
