That’s what I was thinking too. Nothing was moving around in the stool though. I probably would’ve got a better picture if the poop wasn’t on me (I wanted to change clothes and shower. Lol)

You cant always see the worms with your naked eyes. Some kinds are very small.

UPDATE: I just finished the last dose of Safeguard. She still has diarrhea and her crop is still hard in the morning. Should I do another couple days of no food and oil?

I actually gave her three stool softeners by accident last weekend. Nothing happened.

I put her back with the flock as I was treating for worms. This week she has had starter and corn/mealworms as occasional treats.

Do you provide a source of grit?
If the crop is still hard and not moving much, I would only provide wet feed - no corn. You want easy to process foods right now.
I would work on her some more - start with the oil, then massage and go from there.
