Hen with hunched back-end, "hard" intestine

I have a hen, white with light brown speckling, that has been hunched over in the rear, sort-of squat walking and just sits around moving very little.
However, if I take our scraps or she hears the feed pan being re-filled, she comes right away.
I palpitated her for egg-bound, but it only feels as if her intestine going to her cloaca is very hard, as if she were constipated.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't think she can last this way.

. I would put her in a warm bath to relax things to help her and add ACV (apple cider vinegar) to drinking water 1 Tablespoon to 1 gallon.
