Hen with hurt foot/leg

I have a silkie who is favoring her leg this morning. I took a look and I'm not seeing anything. She has it lift up and is sort of hopping on the good leg.

Is there something I should be doing or just let her be?

check for any swelling or sores on her foot. you might have to make sure her foot is clean in order to see any possible scab indicative of bumblefoot

Had a good look, no sores on foot or leg. I wonder if she sprained it?

One of my chickens spranged her leg- but, she would just lay down on the ground. It took about 2-3 weeks before it was better. Goodluck!

I also have a hen that is limping and favoring her right leg. Did notice that she has runny stools as well. I put her in a pen by herself until I can find out what is wrong with her. Have been reading that it might be worms? Not sure. I have had 4 other hens act funny by sitting alone or in a corner and then dying in a week or so. Can anyone suggest what might be going on? Thanks.
