Hen with large bump on here chest?

I just noticed today that one of my Cochin Bantams has a large chest, and drops a little lower than the hens out in my coop. I checked the other hens, they have some, but they are much smaller than the other hen. Is this is a disease or just something out of the ordinary (but safe)?

She acts very normal, and looks healthy and acts healthy.

If it's on her right side of her chest, it's her crop. It should fill up throughout the day and be down again in the morning.

She's just a bigger piggy than the others.

Well it's kind of on the right side, but it you glance at it, it looks like it's in the middle.

Whew. I'm glad this is normal. My Cookie(dark brahma) has the same thing. I thought something was wrong too, but also in denial about it.

Cookie eats much more then the other 3.

Some of my hens have huge crops by the end of the day, others not so much. I never give treats late in the day -- I'm afraid they will overdo! As long as the crop goes down by morning, as others have said, no worry.
