Hen with lump on comb and "double chin"

I have a 4yo EE that has developed a lump at the very top of her comb and has a jiggly "double chin". She's stays in the coop a bit since I stopped free ranging and added more chickens to the flock but she still comes out to scratch, eat, drink, and dustbathe. I managed to get a pic but she kept moving so I'll try again when they roost up for the night. I don't see concerning poop in their run and her feathers aren't covered in poop either. The brown portion directly under her beak jiggles whenever she moves. I'm going to see how it feels soon to give more of an idea.

Okay, felt her neck and it just felt like skin. Not lumpy or like a balloon or anything. Maybe she's just overweight? Doesnt explain the lump though unless it can be caused by diet?

I never saw such a pronounced lump on her comb and couldn't find older photos to compare it to. The beard is jiggling. I've had other EEs and the rooster she's with is an EE too and his beard doesnt jiggle. I was able to feel it though and it just feels like loose skin so I think she's overweight maybe.

Can you get a clearer picture of the lump and circle it?
Also, maybe you could post a video of the jiggling that you mean?

I'll try for a video tomorrow. I dont know how else to describe it other than it's noticeably moving when she does anything. It's just jiggly skin not feathers ruffling or anything I've seen with chickens before.
