Hen with messy tail feathers and quite large thin shelled eggs. What to do?

I have 14 hens, all under one year. All laying good. I have one Barred rock that has messy tail feathers and always lays large thin shelled eggs, occasionally a soft egg. One hen out of 14.

Does she have a digestive problem, need medication.

they have plenty to eat. Layena, scratch, grit, oyster shell, and cat food. (extra protein), they have been confined this winter.

Could be worms or lice, mites weakening her. She may just need time to adjust her body to laying.
