hen with nice tail feathers?

To what would you call "nice tail feathers" ? For them to be colorful, have more iridescence, be larger, have more length?

Not that I know of, other than the sheen that is breed specific.
The Phoenix and Old English Game varieties have a longer tail, but still not like a rooster.

I think a Seabright hen's tail feathers are every bit as impressive as a Seabright rooster's.

thank you guys for this info. the reason i ask this is because the roosters are pretty noisy. and we were trying to look for something thats quiet and looks quite nice

That's because they're henny feathered.

( The roosters don't have sickles or saddle feathers)

The Male Sebright is Henny feathered so both the Rooster and the Hen have the same tail feathers.
