Hen with one cloudy eye

Hi! This is Amelia — when we let the chickens out of the coop this morning, we noticed she had a white film over just one of her eyes. No signs of lethargy / sickness, and is otherwise acting normal! Any idea what this is?

She might be blind in that eye, it's usually not a problem

She does look blind, but may see light and shadows. How does the other eye look?
