She made it through the night but still looks terrible

This morning
She doesn't look like she's feeling well.

Have you checked her crop - what does it feel like?
Any bloat/swelling or fluid in the abdomen?
Have you looked at her poop?
Have you felt inside her with a gloved, lubricated finger to feel for an egg?
Any signs of lice/mites?

I would continue to keep her hydrated. Seeking vet care is best.

She is still alive when I was doing research I believe she may have egg yolk perotinitis.....I have not stuck a finger in to feel for egg....her crop was full last time I felt also she seems really boney but she has been eating so that confuses me

Is her crop empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?
Can you feel of her abdomen - any bloat/swelling or feeling of fluid. Cup your hand under the vent between the legs - is it a full feeling - soft and pliable or hard/fluid filled.
Compare her to other laying hens if you need too.

When did she last lay an egg?
A photo of her poop would be good - it's hard to tell if it's just stuck to feathers:)

I did feel under between the legs and it's soft and squishy but I will compare to another hen later today ummm not sure crop morning before I will have to feel tomorrow morning not sure on last egg laid but since I have separated her I have not seen one....her poop kind of smells but it's like a sweet smell I will try to get a picture of her actual poop later after work.
