Thank you. Around her vent area, did you notice any egg shell, or yellow that might be yolk?

Good question by @ChickNanny13 what were you treating the flock for?
Getting fecal float to rule out worms and coccidiosis overload is to be considered.
I'm sorry about your chicken. The first thing I notice, is way too much corn on the ground. The second thing I'm noticing is far too many urates in the pooh, indicating a possible kidney issue. A pullet that age should have been on a chick starter/flock raiser crumble. Treats like corn, should be no more than 1/10 th. of their daily feed. In other words, about a tablespoon for larger birds.
Thanks this hen was on layer they only got corn at night we have like 35 chickens we throw out like 2 cups for everyone.....however I will dial it back on the corn now I do still have the body and I plan to cut it open myself and see if there was anything abnormal. Thanks for all your help I will post pics of the body when I get it dissected.@DiggsTheChick I'm very sorry to hear about your loss.
I agree with every word that @getaclue posted above.
You may want to evaluate what and how you feed to see if that makes a difference with the rest of your flock.
If you still have the body, consider sending it for necropsy or if you can perform your own informal examination that would be good too. If you take photos, we can try to help you with what you see. I would start by looking in the abdomen to see how much fat was in the abdomen, look at the reproductive system and organs (especially the liver and kidneys).
