Hen with possible neck issue!

One of our hens looks like she's having neck issues. She's not eating and staying away from the others, but she's drinking water. We think something is stuck in her throat but she's not wheezing or gasping, or looks like she's struggling. She looks very tired, and she keeps her neck drawn back and when she extends it she kinda rolls her neck like a person would.

Help us please.
