before you allow you other birds back into the run i would make sure it is well disinfected
where did you get these birds from? can you go back to them and ask how long she has been like this? and any ideas on thier part

Personaly, I'd go ahead an put her down.

Hate to be the one to say it, but under the circumstances, I wouldn't have much hope of her surviving.
 
yeah thats what i meant rooster....hate to see her suffer anymore.....sometimes it the kindest thing you can do for them....

I have to agree with rooster-red. Even my hens that died of salpingitis did not have abdomens like that. In fact they became quite thin with no distention at all. She may be eggbound or have a tumor. If the latter is the case and there is no professional help, I'd put her down to save her anymore pain.
 
yes...thats the best thing sometimes...i wonder how long the poor thing has been suffering...

I would cull her as soon as possible. There are so many chicken experts on here and they can't even tell what's wrong. It could take days to confirm what the problem is. I would put an end to her suffering.
