Does the lump have any drainage or odor to it? Does it feel hot to the touch? This and any other details plus photo will help when you post on the emergencies forum.

No drainage or odor, it is warm to the touch but she doesn't act like it is painful, she is eating and drinking. I posted a picture with original post, has not really changed in 3 days.
