Hen with swollen ears and wattles

I have a hen with swollen ears and wattles, both sides of her head. Her other symptoms could be anything, lethargic, weight loss, won't eat, standing off by herself.

I just found a second bird with her eye swollen shut, I can't catch her yet but don't see any other problems.

What is it and what do I do to get rid of it?

Two diseases come to mind; Infectious Coryza or Fowl Cholera. Coryza normally carries a foul odor about the head area. Fowl Cholera if the birds temperature is above normal...I believe 106 would indicate possible Fowl Cholera.
Perhaps contacting your local extension office and asking how to get bloodwork testing done will determine exactly what you're dealing with.
