Hen with torn bleeding combm - help for a beginner

We went by TSC yesterday after church and picked up some Blu-Kote. I was really surprised by how well her comb is healing! Even before i put the blu-kote on, it looked great! Not oozing, bleeding, or swollen. She was really anxious to get out of the dog crate so DH and I decided to let her outside based on how well her comb seemed to be doing. She went straight to the coop, jumped in a nest box, and started laying an egg! No wonder she was so anxious to get back there.

We watched her all day yesterday and none of the other chcickens were messing with her so we let her sleep in the coop. I went out this morning and the wound still looks great.

What do y'all think? Does it sound like she'll be ok out there? Do I keep trying to reapply the Blu-Kote?

I would watch her every few hours if possible to make sure they're not picking on her. Also reapply Blue Kote whenever the comb looks red again. Sometimes you don't even need to reapply. Just look at the comb and if it looks red and delicious (to a chicken) reapply.

Definitely will do. Thank y'all so much for your help! This was my first chicken injury and I was freaking out a bit.
