Hen with very pronounced waddle n comb

is it possible? Both are bright red and much more pronounced than the others. It was feathered out when i got it at about 6 weeks, the chick is about 14 weeks now and is very docile. When i walk over to it, it stops and sits on the ground plus it likes to follow me around a bit. I have what appears to be two other roos that are quite noisy and a bit more dominant.
